Looking to better the MSP support portal. The Current system enables poor security and goes against best practices.
- Make the reseller organization the lead org.
- Any admins in there should propagate down to every single other org allowing seamless management.
- All Organizations should be accessible from a drop down if the user has admin priv to the org
- Remove the need to invite the admin as a user in order to administrate the tenant.
- MFA and SSO improvements.
- MFA is buried in a completely different area/url
- SSO does not block foxit sign in automatically.
